Price increase and other news

Price increase from 1st of April 2025 

In terms of my path as a tutor, this year has been absolutely amazing (outside of this, though, it’s being a little bit too dystopian out there). I’ve studied a lot, learnt a lot, taught a lot… and thanks to your recommendations, I’ve been teaching to more and more people. So, THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH. To keep up with the cost of living, get a bit closer to the average salary of tutors in the UK and make sure I can keep giving you my full dedication, next year there will be a price increase, resulting in the final prices as follows: 

1 Lesson £19

5-lesson Pack £81 (£16,2 per lesson)

10-lesson Pack £150 (£15 per lesson)

If paying in euros, the price will be the equivalence at the time of payment. As per usual, before the 1st of April 2025, packages can be acquired and stockpiled at the current rates. 

A new package type is in the works

I am considering a new type of package, too, slightly different from the one I have. I can’t guarantee that I will go with it in the end, but these are a few details:

• It is meant as a three-month package, with 24 lessons, of which at least 2 must be each week (totalling 8 a month). 

• It will be cheaper, at £336 per package (£14 per lesson), but it will be less flexible: if the minimum of 2 lessons haven’t been booked or attended in a week, they’ll be lost. This is meant to encourage a certain rhythm and commitment on the learner’s end.

• The lessons will have to be booked in blocks of eight at once, rather than one by one. 

It is still in the “design phase”, but, how does it sound so far?

Starting to consider groups and webinar-style lessons

Watching my calendar fill up has been very exciting, and also made me consider groups, in order to meet demand.As it is new territory for me, I am thinking of offering a limited amount of reduced priced group lesson packs. I still don’t have everything worked out, but let me know if you are interested and I’ll get in touch when I have someone compatible or something worked out. 

Similarly, I am considering occasionally offering certain lessons in a webinar style. For example POR y PARA, past tenses, etc. 

This will also require some practice until I find my, as it is very far away from my usual format, so if you want to take part in my practice rounds, let me know and I will get in touch when I organise them.
